Return Policy

At auramodes, every jersey is custom-made with your unique design, which means most orders are non-returnable. However, we want you to shop with confidence, so we make exceptions in specific situations.


Custom Orders

  • Because custom jerseys are personalized and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
    • Wrong size ordered
    • Design changes after the order is confirmed
    • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check all sizes, colors, and design details before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our quality. If your order arrives with:

  • Damage during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • An incorrect size, color, or design (different from your approved order)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@auramodes.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace or remake the affected item at no extra cost.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, your jersey goes into production, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for non-customized, non-personalized items (if applicable).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, we cover the return or replacement shipping.
  • For eligible non-custom returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
